They carried out activities like proper work flow, ticket follow up, quality check of delivered items, integration testing and moved the tickets to production. These activities helped the client to carry on the production activities as planned with no outstanding delays.
KMG ’s Business Analyst interacted with the client’s users to convert his business needs to functional specifications. These functional specifications were later converted to technical specifications by onsite coordinator.
