Solution
KMG provided night support monitoring activity for production jobs running on multiple platforms. The complete infrastructure including workstations, mobile phones, high speed connectivity and power backups was provided to help in efficient monitoring.

KMG followed well defined escalation procedures to report any job failure or a delayed start. The delays or failures were reported to onsite team for further action. Rescheduled jobs were again monitored with a cascading effect on interdependent jobs. Emails were sent for every problem reported. The daily reports were prepared based on the data collected .

Project Description
The client wanted to monitor various production jobs running on multiple platforms during the US night hours. Job monitoring time ranged from 5.00 PM (EST) to 6.30 AM (EST) 6 days a week.

  Major Issues / Challenges
Jobs were time bound and inter dependent. Due to the nature of the job, factors like situational circumspection, punctuality and alertness in reporting the problems were important.
