Project Description
The client used a Global Visa Services management system which was a customized online portal. It provided access to all relevant information including automated case tracking, reporting, 24x7 access to case information, fact and data gathering, news and client alerts, links to other immigration related web sites and client specific immigration policy and procedures. It was a mission critical application which was accessed 24x7 by client's attorneys & paralegals from across the world.
The client wanted 24x7 support for this system.
