Solution
KMG developed a Donation Management System for the client. In the system, donations were divided into different types of batches. These batches were further divided into different type of categories based upon the donation amount. Based upon the categories, acknowledgement letters were sent to the donors . |

Major Issues/Challenges
The end user acceptability was perceived as a major challenge for building such a system as the solution for many special situations which arose was entirely dependent on individual members of the staff.
