Solution
KMG made modifications to the system based on the changing client needs. KMG also conducted routine functional and regression testing.
In addition, KMG provided daily operations support for this application. It involved running daily batch jobs, conducting sanity checks, providing DBA support for this system. KMG also provided timely response to the tickets raised by the client.

Project Description
The client wanted to customize, enhance, maintain and operate the Claims Management System. It was a multi-tier J2EE application and covered the complete life-cycle of an insurance claim starting from Notice of Loss (NOL) to payment to the insured/claimant.
The entire system had been built to plug-in with any Policy Management system using the RMI services. .
